We are currently in the final stages of hand-stitching our first collection in Italy. All pre-orders are scheduled to ship in Spring 2026. You will receive an email update the moment your pair begins its journey from Italy to your doorstep.
Why are the shoes preorder only?
Our Friulane are made by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. Producing in small batches allows us to preserve craftsmanship, avoid overproduction, and create only what is truly wanted.
Will I be charged immediately?
Yes. Preordering secures your pair from our limited first release.
Can I cancel my preorder?
Yes. We understand that plans change. You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the shipping window begins. Once the item has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. Once your order arrives, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days.
How do I choose the right size?
Friulane run true to size. A detailed size guide is available on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Can I purchase the adult or child shoes separately?
For our limited first release, GaVi shoes are available exclusively as a set. We believe the magic is in the match, so our signature sets are designed to be shared and worn together.
